What kind of Payments do you accept?

a) Credit Cards:

Credit card customers will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

c) Direct office Payment:
You can visit our office located at 23 Fouad Habib “Ebad Al Rahman” – Masaken Sheraton, Al Nozha, enjoy you free drink and pay directly to us.

d) Cash Collection:
In case you feel in the mood of not going anywhere but you still need to get your camera gadgets, we can collect cash payments from your doorstep FREE OF CHARGE. All you need to do is to contact us on (+2)01222996858 or (+2)01222992737 and inform us of the best timing which our runner shall abide to .
For Cairo residents cash collection limit is 10,000 EGP.
For residents outside Cairo cash collection limit is 4,000 EGP

e) Cash on Delivery:
In case your order total amount is below 2,500 EGP, you don’t need to bother about payment until you receive your item(s) and pay at you door step “Only Available on select items”

What shipping methods do you offer?

a) Domestic Shipping:
If you have inquired that your item(s) to be shipped to your door step, it takes us 1-3 Business Days and additional fees of up to 200 EGP depending on your order size/value.

b) Office Pickup:
If you select Office Pickup when you are checking out, you will be notified once your item(s) are ready at out office located at 23 Ebad el Rahman , Masaken Sheraton – Al Nozha, Cairo, meet our staff and enjoy you free drink and pickup your brand new gadgets.

Do you do repairs?

Shutter Shop does not currently offer repairs on new or used items.

I received an item that is damaged or missing parts. What can I do?

Do you refund any item after being delivered?

We only refund defected products (Dead on Arrival – Factory defective
items). Payment will be refunded to the client within 3 business days
through the same payment channel.

Do i need an account to place an order?

Yes, Placing an order with us requires an account.

The item that I ordered doesn’t work like it was described, but I’m not sure if it’s broken.
