SmallRig “Black Mamba” Camera Cage for Canon EOS R5 C

Provide accessory mounting and protection for your Canon EOS R5 C camera with the lightweight aluminum “Black Mamba” Camera Cage from SmallRig. This formfitting cage features a sleek, rough-black finish with carbon fiber-style details, maintains access to the camera’s controls, battery, and SD card slot, and features a variety of mounting options.

The camera mounts onto the cage using a 1/4″-20 screw and an M4 screw to prevent the camera from twisting. In addition to multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 accessory threads, the cage features ARRI-style locating holes to prevent accessories, such as an optional top handle or HDMI cable clamp, from twisting when mounted on the cage.

The cage features an integrated Arca-type mount on the base, so you can mount it onto standard Arca-type heads and bases. It also features a detachable baseplate that can improve the balance of the camera, as well as rise it up for added clearance when mounting the camera on a rig or dovetail plate. There is a shoe mount on top and a NATO rail on the side, and integrated strap slots allow you to add a separately available wrist strap. A screwdriver for securing the camera screws is included.
