Full Frame Cine DS Lens
The Rokinon 50mm T1.5 Cine DS Lens for Canon has been carefully designed for professional videographers & cinematographers. This lens is solid and compact, making it travel friendly and easy to use. It features industry grade de-clicked apertures & geared focus rings. Focusing scales are marked on both sides of the lens and the glass is Ultra Multi-Coated (UMC). Rokinon’s UMC coating enables consistent color rendition from lens to lens and also minimizes flaring & ghosting. The included removable petal shaped lens hood provides flare protection when shooting without a matte box. The lens is threaded to accept a 77mm size filter. This lens opens up to T1.5, allowing for low-light shooting and for creating an extremely shallow depth of field. The rounded 8-blade Aperture allows for creating soft, beautiful bokeh.
